For our employee’s personal safety and health, it is important that they take appropriate and regular breaks while working. Therefore, we provide for and schedule rest breaks and meal periods as required by law. Depending on the employee’s work location they may have the option to waive their meal period, however this program is completely voluntary and employees can decide to resume taking meal period breaks at any time. If employees ever have trouble taking their meal period or rest breaks, for any reason, this should promptly be brought to the attention of their manager or member of Human Resources so that Oberto can ensure that they receive the meal periods and rest breaks to which they are entitled.
