There are a lot of good employees, doing productive work. Benefits are reasonably good.

Cons

Have traditionally shown good values and talk a lot about them. However, living them out on a daily basis seems to be a challenge for senior management.

I have been working at Oberto Sausage Company full-time for more than 10 years Decent pay if you have been with the company for over 10 years. Otherwise, newly hired employees generally start at less than $50k per year.

Cons

The company takes advantage of people any way it can. A LOT of hypocrisy.
