Recently I toured the Oberto facility; truly an amazing process and team. Every employee I past greeted me with a smile and a wave. I have no doubt these people work hard; it shows in the cleanliness of the facility throughout! After talking to a couple of the employees I found that Oberto is working on big change!! In any organization big change is painful. The oberto team greets change with a smile and determination that is unmatched. The company is approaching year 100 of operations.....It's not often a company is around that long and be that open to change or maybe that is what keeps Oberto out in front of their competitors. Whatever the secret, Oberto is in control and working hard to go from great to phenomenal!!

I have been with the company for nearly 3 years now. During my time here, I've seen positive growth and change throughout the organization. Because of this momentum, I've had a number of opportunities to expand my skill set and try new things. I have had the chance to increase my understanding of what makes a business run and how to identify and address improvement needs. I've enjoyed building strong relationships with the people who work at Oberto and enjoy the effort put forth by the company to engage the workforce. Overall, Oberto has been a fun and rewarding workplace with ample opportunity to progress in my profession.
