Compensation is based on national averages for similar job titles. There are many friendly and helpful coworkers willing to help out with tasks or put in overtime.

Cons

Training was practically nonexistent despite expectations. Advancement opportunites present themselves very rarely. Communication problems and conflict between departments was common.

Cons

Have traditionally shown good values and talk a lot about them. However, living them out on a daily basis seems to be a challenge for senior management.
