Object Technology Solutions deserves an award for being such an amazing place to work. I have worked for several companies in this industry, but never had the opportunity to interact with the management as I have here. They are as keen to help you grow as you are interested in growing. There is a lot of scope for success and the learning opportunities are incredible. My co-workers are nothing short of technological artists, which explains the detailed interview process. Each person is hand-picked, screened meticulously, and interviewed several times before being offered a job. The sales team, especially, is enormously experienced, hard-working and gifted. The company, from a culture perspective, is nothing short of home. I have seen colleagues help each-other move, watch pets, assist each other with their work responsibilities, and go out of their way to share credit for a success. The CEO is an exemplary leader, his door and mind are always open to new ideas and suggestions. He’s like a walking computer in that he knows practically everything and is a wealth of knowledge for anyone who gets the opportunity to spend time with him. The HR team is very helpful in times of crisis and always supportive. Great benefits, great vacation policy, a great team to work with… I’m not sure what else to add but this is just all-around a great place to work!

I just started, but so far everything has been wonderful. My coworkers are nice, my manager is excellent, and the benefits start almost immediately. And, as a parent, I appreciate the fact that the health insurance starts so quickly, so you don’t have to worry about making sure your family is covered. The benefits are great and pay is more than competitive. So far, I couldn’t be happier.
