      - nice pay - amazingly helpful coworkers - like family - flexible time schedule - clear expectations - good managers

      Pros

      Hard work is recognized and rewarded by those in charge. You feel the weight of your contributions. There are opportunities to do work outside the scope of your role and gain valuable experience. Managers don’t micromanage the employees. The office environment is very laid-back. I never had any issues with the other employees.

      I think the training could have been better.
