      Pros

      The CEO, Mr. Gondi takes the time to speak with every employee in the office and knows everyone by name. The team members are very friendly and supportive and there is a lot of opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      The hours can be a bit long but it is good to be able to keep busy.

      Pros

      I was with OTSI for more than 8 years. One of the best employers i have ever worked for. Before starting with OTSI I worked with different companies for 6 years. So I personally experienced how management treats employee personal goals aligning with their long term vision. Never had any issues with payments or sales team. I highly recommend OTSI.

      Cons

      Have to be more aggressive in marketing.
