      Pros

      OTSi has a friendly work environment, also with a splendid infrastructure. Being at a growing stage, it offers me a great exposure to optimize my abilities. Freedom to work and I have seen a lot of scope here to learn multiple technical and communication skills which leads to personal and professional growth.

      Led a team of 10 people which includes both recruiters and business development professionals. Got a taste of dealing with management on daily basis, organizational structure, team management

      Cons

      Though the role is very challenging i feel that enough recognition in terms of work, incentives disbursal which was promised, motivation is lacking from the company
