The people and culture are fun and energetic. They are really big on celebrating and shouting out high-quality work. Many ways to recognize your colleagues. This is, by far, the best company I have ever worked for. The executives seem connected to all aspects of the business and make an effort to be as transparent as possible. The energy is high and you can work by yourself if needed, which is good for introverts. There is a high expectation for performance but the support your receive is amazing. Because of the killer benefits, you can tell how much they care about their employees. I love working here.
Cons
While this is the best company I’ve worked for, it’s also the most challenging job I’ve had. It can be a little overwhelming at times. Some problems you come into contact with can take multiple hours to solve.
