      Pros

      From my experience management is incredibly fair. They focus on all the right things which involve both big picture ideas and more minute details that involve day to day operations. I laugh at the reviews that claim there are no pros. I feel these are individuals who probably left the company on bad terms and therefore feel the need to demonize the entire organization. This company has its faults but don’t let a few negative reviews scare you away from the opportunities you can find here.
