      Pros

      I worked at Object Technology Solutions full-time (More than 3 years) Salary is good. Work- Life balance. Nice opportunity to learn for freshers. Very flexible and employees take full advantage. I have seen some people working for only 5-6 hours and getting full day attendance.

      Nothing as such...A bit of politics...totally depends on team.

      "NO SPECIFIC PROS IN DETAIL". Only the infrastructure is good if you compare with other LEVEL 3 companies in the market.

      Cons

      Company was established in 1999.Its been more than a decade it could not grow, REASON IS : The management is only running this company for time pass, they are incapable and not motivated enough, they are playing with the careers of the employees. No proper care is given to employee, total selfish management.
