      I have been working at OTSI for almost 2 years. Management is very kind enough to understand the concern of the employees and always works for the betterment of the Employees. Awesome infrastructure and facility provided for the employees. Individual care for each and every employee growth.

      Pros

      Extremely nice people and team to work with, ample opportunities to grow professionally, employee friendly and very considerate. If you are facing a work issue, they will try their best to help you with it. Employee care is also one of the strong assets of this company.

      Cons

      Their leaves are a little limited compared to other companies.

      I can call this place is “A 100% professionalism”, well equipped infrastructure, one can happily balance personnel & professional life, Employee welfare has been focused though. I would want to highlight flexible working hours, also management quickly addresses the concerns & challenges if we come across of any. I would like to also discuss about Company's CEO Mr Gondi, he is down to earth, friendly and mingle with all the employees “A Healthy place to work”
