      Pros

      Good insurance benefits and that is about it.

      Cons

      Very small cubicles while they have 8 empty offices, commission plan was to be rolled out a year ago and never was, only 5 days of vacation, cannot work from home, sales rep has no prior IT, staffing or consulting experience, management is always late to meetings and schedules them over the lunch hour, poor CRM solutions for internal use, all HR and IT support is in India, nothing local. Even though the company is headquartered in Kansas, it is very much a India company. This is a professional sweat shop.

      Pros

      We are treated like adults here. Everyone is very professional, except for the employee that wrote the negative review. Our clients are top notch and the Business Development team has strong client relationships. Great insurance benefits too.

      Cons

      It's too quiet in here sometimes :-) Too many meetings sometimes.
