ObjectWin is truly a friends-first environment where everyone respects and value each other. The values we live by, especially ‘doing the right thing,’ are seen on a daily basis in how we treat each other. Management has got all the tools that you need, all the investment that you need and all the training that you need. We’ve got the infrastructure and the right customer relationship management tools that make sense for who we are going after. One of the things that keeps me here is the way that I’m treated, not only as a professional, but respect for my personal life. Love to be a part of this family!!!

Objectwin is doing lot of cool Stuff. But, Lots of Boring Stuff too. They are really well run teams. They Managers and members of teams is all over the board. Objectwin is Built, Quite Deliberately You can generally expect that anyone who's been here for more than 2 years is competent and motivated or they wouldn't have survived. You can count on them as long as your priorities are aligned. There aren't many slackers here, and they don't survive long. - We work on so much stuff that there's always an opportunity to find amazing cool stuff to work on
