Pros

Its good for the people who are not finding jobs outside they can work here. Its completely consulting firm not a technology firm (but name says technologies). No Pros only, single star is also big for them.

Cons

Lots of Cons All the Managers and management have lot of negativity mind set on employees. Not at all a motivation for hard worker and only appreciation for Bucketing/buttering people. Management thinks that they can do anything they want to employees, if once any employee react bad against them then they will come to know what an common employees can do.

Its been a month though, i am getting a very good exposure to my work and skill enhancement at ObjectWin technologies. You will get opportunity to learn from scratch to advanced level. Very good working environment. good team support and cool managers. Above all these good incentive structures for which every youngster will get attracted. I guess people who worked here would be regretting later after quitting job.

Cons

Till date i have not seen any negative points i could point out at ObjectWin.
