Pros

Objectwin is a wonderful place to work, with an incredible range of clients to work on.

Cons

Lack of an Employee Portal (Intranet/SharePoint) basically an Employee Profile, Quick access to payslips, leave application, holiday calender, News, HR service request etc.

Pros

One of the best place to work. I'm working in this company from more than 18 months. This company has given me the best platform to my carrier. One of the best Management you would find. Always supportive. The People, Culture and benefits are great. Good leadership. Company makes decisions based on good principles. The people are friendly and helpful. The culture is one of a kind and you can be creative in how you do your job and also fosters hard work and fun. Anyone can become a well groomed employee here. Well I am proud to work here.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say at this time. I'm sure there may be some negatives but I have yet to find them.
