Pros

ObjectWin is always going to be one of best places I have got to work with. It has a very approachable management which is always ready to interact with employees and take in their views and ideas. It is an employee centric organization, hence, they always take care of them offering rewards and recognition, granting leaves when needed. Growth opportunity is always open here for the right person.

Cons

Some accounts are pretty tough to work with. Recruiters should be made aware of the techno-cultural requirements of such clients / accounts.

Pros

ObjectWin Technology hires great, hard-working people who want to excel in their career and help grow the company. The team members are easy to get along with. The managers are understanding and down-to-earth people. You will never complain about the perks, benefits, and pay. They embody great values that they expect out of each and every one of us.We have an open floor plan, no walls separating anyone out.All managers treat everyone with the up most respect and make you feel as though we are all on the same level.ObjectWin Technology encourages to hire within and help each one of us grow. We get busy, work long hours but we have a great work/life balance.If you are looking for a company to grow with ObjectWin Technology is definitely a great choice.

Cons

Every company has some has some con's , but those con's can be surely solved. There are 2 con's and they are :- 1> The quality of the food or snacks provided in the evening time to the employees as refreshments should be increased. 2> As we are working at night shifts , so there should be some fun activities or some type of entertainment on fridays to refresh the stressful mind and body of the employess.
