Cons
Every company has some has some con's , but those con's can be surely solved. There are 2 con's and they are :- 1> The quality of the food or snacks provided in the evening time to the employees as refreshments should be increased. 2> As we are working at night shifts , so there should be some fun activities or some type of entertainment on fridays to refresh the stressful mind and body of the employess.
