      Pros

      Look, I read the negative reviews and even talked to some of the people who left them and still joined this place. WHY? Because the leadership changed and the product/market fit is so strong. This place isn't for everyone, you have to be very entrepreneurial and go make things happen for yourself. The payoff is one of the most aggressive comp plans I have ever seen in 15+ years of sales. They want you to win and will help you get there but you have to be able to "get it" quickly. * Strong leadership who will dive in to help * The product works and solves for a huge gap in SaaS security posture * Great colleagues * Fantastic comp plan

      Pros

      Obsidian has been a great place to work, to grow, to learn and be a part of something great! Great people who are always helpful and friendly with an open door policy. Worklife balance is encouraged. Everyone is passionate about our product and all for the same goals of making Obsidian Security the Leader in SaaS Security.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better; however, as we grow, so will our benefit offerings.
