      The numerous cons outweigh the fact that Obsidian has a solid product.

      Hasan, an inexperienced CEO, is a micromanager with an inflated ego that stifles his leaders’ autonomy. Company can't hire or keep good talent, resulting in a revolving door of employees with average tenures of less than 18 months. If you are considering a job here, read the other reviews...

      …they provide a paycheck twice a month? For now?

      Damn, where to begin? CEO is a terrible leader. All the other reviews pointing out his shortcomings aren’t exaggerating. He’s a solid 0. Company took a bridge loan recently because they couldn’t raise at a preferred value. It’s going downhill so fast that it’s embarrassing for it to be on my resume at this stage.

      Good smart people who work hard at both the product and SE Team level.

      Cons

      C-Level team are very poor communicators. 90% of the sales team hired in the last year were given less than 8 months to be successful, all let go before the 1 year cliff of stock options vesting.
