Pros

The product is strong and customers do love it, but really hard to differentiate in a market that's really noisy.

Cons

The sudden departures (voluntary and involuntary) have really started to pile up this year. It all comes down to one person too, the CEO. A real bummer because there are some good folks there. CEO was not well-regarded when I was there, and from others have told me in recent months, it's gotten really bad. Seems like there's no faith in his leadership or direction. Leading through fear as always. Lots of rumors and gossip about funding issues as well. It's inevitable what's going to happen at this company, and it's because the guy that's CEO is cosplaying as a CEO.
