Pros

I've carried a bag at a lot of companies. Nothing comes close to what's been built here — and it starts with leadership that actually gets it. Our CRO, Brian Murphy, is the real deal. He leads with clarity, conviction, and a genuine respect for the people on the front lines. Brian doesn't just set targets and disappear — he's in the trenches with you, removing blockers, elevating the team, and making sure every rep has what they need to win. You feel supported from the top down in a way that's incredibly rare in sales organizations. The culture he's built is one where accountability and trust go hand in hand. On the go-to-market side, Alison Tierney's Global GTM Strategy is truly best-in-class. The alignment between sales, marketing, and the broader business is something I've never experienced anywhere else. Alison brings a level of strategic rigor and cross-functional coordination that means we're not just selling — we're winning the right deals, in the right markets, with the right message. It makes a massive difference when you're out there talking to customers. The impact you can make here as a sales professional is unmatched. Real deals, real revenue, and work that visibly moves the company forward. If you're serious about your sales career and want to be part of something special, this is the place.

Pros

The product works and the TAMs are good at their jobs.

Cons

Poor leadership from the top down. What people say about the CEO is accurate and a real shame. Sales leadership promises a lot but doesn't follow through and holds you accountable for what they didn't do. Inbound leads are non-existent and when they do come in they are given to a select few. That firing before the 1-year cliff is a real thing. I don't recommend.

Pros

Good pay Lots of autonomy Great market leading product, rapid innovation behind it. Well positioned for Agentic AI Strong win rate, good leadership. World class product team Net net if you're a self starter who doesn't need to be told what to do, who doesn't play politics or ask for permission you'll do well here. If you are not a self starter and will twiddle your thumbs waiting to be assigned tasks you may end up in the deactivated pages.

Cons

Comments from other posts on high turnover is not unfounded - you either fit or you don't and people tend to disappear. Making it a full year is an accomplishment worth a medal. I'll comment on CEO since many posts reference him. His heart is in the right place, he wants everyone to succeed, and he can be overinvolved in his desire to help. He can switch his decisions very quickly - and requires strong leaders below him to control that energy from ICs. He has high expectations of everyone, and higher expectations of himself.
