      Remote work option; before COVID there were social gatherings

      When the leaders of your company have to apologize for disregarding COVID policies or request additional notice from anyone that "plans" to resign, take it as a sign. The short time I worked there I saw 3 cycles of leadership turnover with little to show for it; there is more talk about winning inside this contracting agency than indicators that management understands the basics like, say, rules and regulations
