      The feeling of doing something important and cool people

      Pros

      – people are really familiar with the overall goal of the product, and whole organisation – recruitment process is about both tech and soft skills, it's really hard to find unfriendly colleague in there – company is open to internal initiatives – autonomy is a big deal for teams – office is really, really nice

      Cons

      – it might be hard for you if you want to just code and go home – best ice cream in Krakow are fairly close to the office, it's hard to stay fit

      Great learning opportunities, good career advancement options, good managers who always have time for you, fantastic colleagues (good recruitment!), good social group activities and chances to meet others depts, good benefits

      Cons

      Can get stuck in one job if not pro-active (although that's not necessarily the fault of Ocado), some departments better than others for the above pros
