      - All the staff are very friendly - Given a lot of responsibility and exciting work due to the speed of growth - Able to support and watch the growth of the company as they prepare to deliver globally - Opportunity to visit sites and learn about their unique technology

      Cons

      - Still growing as a company so some processes of work are still developing but these gaps are being filled quick and you are able to help contribute to creating these new processes
