Pros

Great work life balance Lots of responsibility Sense of community Moving departments every 6 months is good for networking Get to try a variety of different job roles and decide what you like/are good at Lots of social activities Nice offices Career prospects within Ocado are good Feel very supported by managers In house training days

Cons

No guaranteed job at end of scheme Not much career advice throughout Pay isn't great Difficult to get external job after scheme as experience is limited and over various business areas No formal qualifications Location not too desirable - but commutable from London

Pros

Growing company, relies heavily on internal recruitment. Run by young and very active people

Cons

Too many workers from EU,probably more than 50%, which could be a problem after the Brexit
