Pros

The best part of the job was out and about Delivering to customers in the county side. And meeting people from different walks of life.

Cons

Worst company ever management have got There lapdog marshalls and brown nosers. Be careful anything you say or do will be Reported to management straight away. This is there job to grass people up. If you scratch the van be prepared for a diciplinary. If you show disrespect to the marshalls they will Turn against you.when you finish your delivery You get back early sometimes then you have to Wait in a queue for an hour for the marshalls checking the vans. And believe me they are in no rush at all very ignorant people.will take there Time On purpose to make you even later. I could go on and on.

Pros

I like this place and agree with other comments that the management team and team members all do genuinely seem to get on. Ocado is growing a lot and they have a massive contract (25 years) with Morrisons and also sell Waitrose / Ocado groceries via their own web shop too…so a really secure job in Dordon. There are a number of nationalities on site, but the team are all very good with one another. The workplace is clean and the team do bang on a lot about quality including Ocado values/ standards. I’m always a little sceptical about these, but in the main they do practice what they preach. Frameload & dispatch area is hard work, but rewarding, given how fast paced Ocado is

Cons

The cold and the shifts.. however I got used very quickly to the cold environment and shifts. Once you get over this its actually a decent place to be and my pay/ incentives are above average for this type of work.
