Some get chance to work with very interesting and innovative products and services. Big focus from management on making the organisation work the best way possible.

There is somewhat lack of focus on product (its philosophy, goals, values, qualities).

Pros

Lots of freedom/autonomy to make technical decisions and try new things out. Not afraid of experimenting and using cutting edge technology. Able to move teams with options from PLC programming to control system software and monitoring to frontend web development and devops/cloud, there's something there for everyone.

Cons

Mildly chaotic environment as it is expanding so fast, and the location of the offices is not great. Hatfield is not an exciting place to be.

shift pattern 7on 7off free car parking

Cons

3 months notice period after one year of service just to keep engineers from leaving new management positions created for friends of management constant changes to rules such as sickness pay, holidays, working time, breaks... it can all be changed at management discretion of senior engineering manager
