Get paid on time, free uniform, you will get fit and loose weight. Staff discount but groceries still cheaper elsewhere.
Cons
Training does not cover what is expected. Route timings extremely tight, you are allocated a 20 break but you use that time to catch up. If you follow the instructions ( the Ocado way) on delivery you will never finish on time, or hit your timings. Scratch a van, one verbal warning then a disciplinary meeting if more damage. Say goodbye to any social life. Rest days,you will need to sleep. The customer is always right, you are always wrong. I have been accused of stealing, that l find offensive. Routes planned via sat nav, but you really need you own sat nav as well because you will end up trying to take a Merc van where it should not go if you follow the Panasonic. Reversing to van at night is not easy. It will take over your life, you will not know what day it is. Someone else said on here, some Managers are always looking to criticise, not help. Your body will suffer.
