Good location, great discount, flexible working, good managers, excellent cross functional working. Great head office buildings trying to ape Google and others in facilities (not doing well apart from some funky meeting rooms)

Cons

Poor CEO, Middle Mangers who have often not succeeded at other companies and are opposed to learn. Well capitalised by borrowing not by profit.
