      Pros

      Flexibility, variety of roles, open dialogue with management, varied people, good at listening to feedback from employees, good relationships between departments and teams.

      Cons

      The location of head office is painful if you live in london and commute. Salary not great for the hours and pressure compared to other companies in industry. Difficult to progress up the ladder.

      Great place to learn varying skills and develop as a graduate software developer

      Pros

      Varied and interesting work, always exciting stuff on the horizon. Regular pay increases - typically twice a year. There's an engineering culture so there's a lot of experienced people to learn from.

      Cons

      There was a disconnected feeling from the various other engineering teams, and certainly from non-engineering teams. More could have been done to encourage intermingling. Assistance to the operation during busy periods could be tough, especially having to phone customers who's orders had been cancelled.
