      Great learning opportunity, but team felt quite dysfunctional and there was little culture within the team

      Pros

      Great learning opportunity and there were some very talented people to learn from. Great exposure to senior leadership.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional team where the head of clearly had favourites. Little culture within team. Lack of communication between team members which felt toxic at times.

      working independently, if you finish early you can go home still get full pay

      Cons

      at the time not much support from the managers while you on road
