      Pros

      One of the best things about working at the Hatfield site was the autonomy. Once you gained experience and knowledge in your role, you were trusted to do your job without being micromanaged. This also meant you could finish your work on-site and rarely had to take it home. On the whole, the local management and team leaders were great people managers who continually tried to help and coach their staff

      Cons

      The senior leadership's toxic attitude was the biggest problem. They treated staff as disposable and ruled with an iron fist, leading to mental health issues for some employees. People felt trapped, staying only for the good holiday, schedule, and bonus. This put everyone at the mercy of uncaring managers who were just following orders from above

      random shift patterns. early mornings and late nights.
