Fantastic people, but actions speak louder than words

Most people are genuinely lovely and good to work with, and there is a fantastic culture of not working late and making sure people feel comfortable at work.

Cons

Strict pay bands mean that talent is constantly lost because of inaccurate role benchmarking. Managers’ hands are tied and are powerless in keeping good staff. When there are problems, colleagues are told they are listened to but not much happens.
