Pros

If you enjoy a hard-working, honest, action-focussed, data-driven, inclusive, 'can-do' culture, it's an awesome place to work. No office politics or empire building.

Cons

It's small compared to Ocado Group. The culture isn't for everyone, you're expected to be proactive and resourceful, there's nowhere to hide, and it can be very intense.

Overtime availability, at time and a half

Cons

Shift pattern mostly lates and not easy to swap. Contact Center closed and moved to Sunderland. Over 200 jobs lost.
