Pros

Actual team environment that works together and focuses on job at hand. A lot of learning opportunities that provide you with valuable experience that looks good on a resume Good work/life balance with nice benefits. First job that I’ve considered a “career” and that I’m happy with. No desires to look elsewhere for work.

Cons

Pay could be a little better.

Hybrid work (2 days from home, 3 days in office) Profit Sharing Clear roles and responsibilities Lots of swag and stuff Above average onboarding process Opportunity to transfer locations, esp. overseas

Cons

Small cog in multi-national conglomerate machine (little impact on actual work) Profit sharing (if the market is down, bonus is small) No pay increases Large company with many opportunities but loads of people applying for them Formal culture (very strict about holiday decorations, etc.)
