Toxic culture at the manager and Sr. Manager level. No work life balance as a manager. Few options for advancement

Pros

Good benefits, bonuses (not guaranteed though), hybrid work schedule, yearly raise, really hard to get fired

Cons

No maternity/paternity leave, PTO doesn't roll over, you have to drink the kool-aid if you want to excel, lower pay when compared to other logistic rolls in the area, they seem to hire anyone off the streets with no credentials/experience and do not pay people more with a degree, they utilize programs that no other employer uses (Google and SalesForce vs Excel and Microsoft), ONE employee reputation isn't the greatest and doesn't seem to add much credibility on a resume
