Pros

Beautiful HQ grounds located in the middle of nowhere

Cons

Unfortunately CEO that was making an actual difference for the company was fired for a myriad of reasons that make no sense or seem justifiable. Current set up of 4 Execs leading the company is complete amateur hour whose heads are getting quite big to lead and make decisions. Add complete disregard for any diversity or inclusion unless we’re talking men vs women. If you’re not white, you’ll get extra scrutiny in hiring process.

Pros

It's a great place if you are part of the old boys network. Don't even think about working there if you are female, you won't go anywhere.

Cons

Culture of the bully. No movement for women. Management does not walk the talk. Work life balance only exists in certain departments.

Pros

There are some terrific perks with working at Ocean Spray. The grounds are beautiful and for the most part the pay is fair. Although if you can, get your money coming in cause raises are rare and promotions, especially for women are non-existent.

Cons

Ocean Spray has to be the most sexist company in Massachusetts and certainly does a discredit to the wonderful growers who put their faith and livelihood in the current management team. It's like open warfare on women. Heaven forbid a woman speak her mind or voice an opinion that isn't first spoken by a male counterpart. This company is a throwback to a time in America when women were treated as second class citizens, both in and out of work. Honestly, treating women in Ocean Spray like second class citizens would actually be an improvement. It's positively shocking the culture women are subjected to. This is a company where women's careers go to die.
