We also recognize that change is challenging. To keep pace in an evolving business world, we need to implement changes that are affecting our processes, people, and products. We have put a lot of time, thought, and effort into careful decisions that strategically align our organization to meet critical goals for our growth. We are not blind to the effects of our changes on our employees. We know that our employees are parents, spouses, children, and friends. We are prioritizing clear and consistent communication with our entire Ocean Spray team through these changes with town halls, open forums, targeted meetings, and digital channels.
