Good pay and benefits; pay and benefits were almost too good, and then I found out why....

Cons

Company is small but there's no communication. I saw some of the dumbest management decisions of my career made here. I used to shake my head all the time. Very reactive company not proactive. I used to think to myself that this company has made money in spite of itself, amazing it's still in business, and probably won't be for much longer.

Pros

Ocean Spray provides a lot of opportunity for those willing to seek it out. In my first six months, I've found management very encouraging of new ideas and received lots of support.

Cons

We have a very defined culture (not necesarily a bad thing) and you have to be willing and able to work within it in order to build consensus.
