Pros
The best part about working at Ocean Spray is that it makes every other employment experience you've ever had look like the most efficient, progressive, high-performing organization.
Cons
The main problem with Ocean Spray is with inept leadership who has brought in their laughably under-qualified former colleagues, who are themselves amateur micromanagers, to lead major parts of the organization. Smart employees, which there are many, are prevented from doing a good job, because they are instead expected to do whatever management says, even if this comes at the opposition to empirical data or consumer research. Because of this, culture is horrible - at best non-existent and, at worst, toxic - with employee empowerment and morale incredibly low. Expect to play the game of "who's going to leave next?" on a daily basis.
