Horribly toxic environment with the wrong leader. Hard to get through to anyone because it’s a private company and HRs role is to protect the company, not to prtevt the rights of a disgruntled employee, no matter how valid the frustration.

Senior management has become unhinged and greed has led expansion to exceed logistics. The company has cut pay severely instead of investing in the employees to overreach its expansion when it cannot currently sustain the 160 stores it currently has.
