Low stress if you are good with change. Good communication between leadership and stores

Hours of operation change a lot and the time employees have before the store opens to prepare for the customers is only 10 minutes

Management skills are horrible Management community is pitiful GM has had arguments with team on sales floor. GM lowers moral with being "his store". Values the company stood for have virtually been abolished. The better you do, the more that is expected and the more issues you will have with management, with lack of pay and increases.
