Team! Family! I feel valued and respected by my co-workers, including management. My strengths and personal work style are noticed and promoted so that I feel successful in my role. Ocean State job lot cares about community! They are continuously giving back. They actively donate to causes that are important to me personally.

Cons

The wages are not great at all. One must really have to enjoy and love working here in order to stay.

They treat their employees well. Employee discount is a plus. A lot of opportunity for growth within the company. Employees that work hard are rewarded. Very flexible scheduling. There's always something to do during a shift.

Cons

Relies on the better employees pretty heavily, but that's definitely understandable.
