Ocean State Job Lot reviews

I've worked for the company full time for over 3 years and I believe the pros far outweigh any "cons". I don't really think there are cons; more suggestions as to how to keep growing and being the "employer of choice" that we strive to be. The benefits offered have increased since I started and I know it is a continuous effort to bring in new and exciting offers. Benefits currently include your standard vacation and sick time but also include a store discount (20% normally but with multiple events per year where we can take advantage of 30% off), use of the owners' condos in NH and their RV in CT, restaurant discounts, employee of the month in the office (where you can win an extra week of paid vacation!) and numerous other perks. What I like the most about OSJL is that it's a big company with a small company feel in the corporate office. Not many get to work directly with owners and feel recognized and valued by senior leadership. I really appreciate that and I believe that is how the company has grown and continues to be so successful.
