I have been working with the company for almost 18 years. I started as an intern and worked my way up the ladder. I love the past paced environment which keeps me on my toes. My favorite thing about the company is that they are extremely family first.

Cons

Not given clear direction on how you can move up to the next level or what the options are or could be.
