For anyone interested in a fast pace environment OSJL is the place, but it is very fast pace! Which is not for everyone. New phone systems need work, ring in the mangers office before coming to the front. As a result customers can be impatient when the front end answers the phone.

Employees like to blame management for everything Bad employees make a bad store,typically managers are only 1-3 people per store Comapny needs to crackdown on unreliable employees
