Working at OSJL was the best decision I have made since moving to RI from MA. I'm very proud to be a part of a fast growing company that is caring, compassionate and family based. Thanks, OSJL for giving me opportunities to grow that I may not have had at other companies.

Cons

Could benefit from 401k matching.

Great Mission, Vision and Values. Extremely positive work environment. Tremendous amount of company growth in the past two-three years; as an associate you can't help but feel that momentum and want to contribute. Constant opportunity for personal career growth.

Cons

Technology is slightly lagged but the company is actively working on bringing more updated processes into it's day-to-day functions.
