      I love the culture of the organization...Ochsner is mission driven and the leadership is constantly striving to cultivate new leaders. I love my job.

      Despite the taxing work that takes place every single day and the fact that I work off of the clock in order to ensure that my work gets accomplished, I could make more per hour if I chose to wort at Burger King.
