Pros
good pay, opportunity for promotion, potential for bonuses for managers and above.
Cons
Highly dysfunctional culture. No work life balance. High turnover (part of the reason why there is a lot of opportunity for promotion). Sexism, especially at the executive level. The best and the brightest leave (with a few exceptions) because they can do just as well in an environment that respects and values employees.
